Due to the excellent order situation and continuous growth, we are now searching an experienced Strategic buyer (f/m/x) for the Headquarter in Upper Austria.
Main Tasks:
- Planning, implementation, and evaluation of international procurement market analyses and purchasing projects including the ramp-up of new projects
- Actively influencing the product development process and driving cost reduction measures
- Defining and enforcing procurement, supplier, and product group strategies
- Independently planning and conducting tenders and negotiations, shaping prices and new pricing models
- Contract management including risk and claim management
- Establishing and developing supplier relationships as well as active risk management within the supply chain
- Contributing to the optimization and digitalization of procurement processes
Qualification and Experience:
- Successfully completed technical and/or commercial education (university, college)
- Several years of experience in procurement in an international environment
- Experience in project and change management
- Experience with SAP or another ERP system focusing on procurement
- Fluent negotiation skills in English are required, German language skills are an add on
- Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
- High results orientation and flexibility combined with communication skills
- Intercultural competencies advantageous
- Willingness to travel > 20%

This Position comes along with a salary level beginning at EUR 50.000 gross annually with willingness of overpayment regarding experience and qualification.
