Due to the excellent order situation and continuous growth, we are now searching an experienced Design Engineer for actuators (m/f/d) for the plant in Upper Austria.
Main Tasks:
- You plan and realize component engineering activities for the company and suppliers to develop, integrate and validate actuators for the products
- You ensure that actuator’s characteristics meet the systems requirements.
- You lead the benchmark of potential suppliers and screen technologies for new applications
- Your support the launch for new actuator product lines in accordance with the innovation roadmap
- You lead suppliers product development performance
- You give technical presentations to customer
- You respect the timing and budget of the projects
- You support life cycle analysis for the products and components
- You guarantee quality and costs incl. the timing of the development
Qualification and Experience:
- Qualifications such as Bachelor, Master, or similar from a University in Engineering
- Around 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Experience with research and development in mechatronics or actuator engineering
- Knowledge and experience with embedded systems
- High level of strong communication skills in a team environment
- High level of problem solving skills
- Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluent English skills, German language skills are an add-on
